I am pretty bad about sharing the coverage that the Bengali Five Spice Chronicles has been getting. It is not because I have been unhappy about what they have been saying, in fact, for the most part I have been pleasantly surprised about the recipes that people have been cooking and of course the fact that most people seem to be using “spice” words talking about Kolkata, all things that make me happy.
Today, I was good a girl, possibly because I have just eaten a late night, really great tasting dinner. A Bengali style lamb curry and rice. I also made myself a fresh batch of curry powder, so stay tuned for the recipe.
